This magnificent villa of 250 m² accommodates 6 to 14 people. It offers all modern comforts in the Club Evasion domain, on the edge of a long 8km beach. In the Club, enjoy the swimming pool, the kids’ pool, the jacuzzis, the “petanque” tracks, the tennis courts, … Take advantage of these different facilities at no extra cost, they are included in the villa rental.
On the 120m² terrace, a comfortable pergola invites you to laze in the sun. The shaded tables welcome your breakfasts or chess games. And to further improve your well-being, house staff can be made available on request. Alternatively, a restaurant and bar are also available by the pool.

The villa and the Club Evasion are located in a région still untouched by mass tourism. If you like the authenticity of the real Morocco with its Berber tribes whose kindness and hospitality are ancestral values, you will be conquered by this location.
The access is easy because the villa is located at 130km from Agadir. If you like to visit the souqs, Tiznit, 30km away, is the Moroccan centre of silver jewellery. If you like authentic villages, Mirleft is 15km away. We know the area very well and can inform you about a multitude of excursions.

Payment is generally accepted in Euro unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owner. Rates include : Charges and cleaning. Price is degressive according to the duration.
Booking
A reservation is considered firm upon receipt of the 30% deposit of the total rent. As soon as your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you documentation containing all the useful information, such as the car rental agency, itineraries, good maps, guides, etc.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation request made more than 30 days before the rental period, the deposit is not refunded, but refmains booked for 1 year for a subsequent rental. After this period, or in case of cancellation within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.
