Perfectly equipped with all modern conveniences, this charming 105m² villa can accommodate 4 to 5 people. Ideally located in the Club Evasion domain, in a quiet area and close to a long 8km beach. In the Resort, enjoy in complete safety and at no extra cost the swimming pool, the jacuzzis, the petanque courts, the tennis courts and other activities ! These various facilities are included in the villa rental.
For a moment of relaxation or rest, the lounge, typically Morroccan, awaits you on the terrace of 80m². Under the shade of the canisses, enjoy a board game or a traditional mint tea. The deckchars invite you yo laze in the sun. And to relieve you of all housekeeping duties, it is possible to call on the services of house staff. Alternatively, you can let yourself be tempted by the flavours of the restaurant and bar located by the swimming pool.

The villa and the Club Evasion are located in a region still untouched by mass tourism. If you like the authenticity of the real Morocco with its Berber tribes whose kindness and hospitality are ancestral values, you will be conquered by this location.
The access is easy because the villa is located at 130 km from Agadir. If you like to visit the souqs, Tiznit, 30km away, is the Moroccan centre of silver jewellery. If you like authentic villages, Mirleft is 15km away. We know the area very well and can inform you about a multitude of excursions.

Payment is generally accepted in Euro unless otherwise agreed in advance between the owner and the holidaymaker. Rates include: charges and cleaning. Price is degressive according to the duration.
Booking
A reservation is considered firm upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total rent. As soon as your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you documentation containing all the useful information, such as the car rental agency, itineraries, tips, guides, etc.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation request made more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit is not refunded, but remains booked for 1 year for a subsequent rental. After this period, or in case of cancellation within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.
